What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, and optionally your company, phone number, the topic you choose and your message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you and to discuss your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent what you send.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Form messages are emailed to info@diginathi.in from our web host. We keep the conversation for as long as we are discussing or delivering your project, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct or update it,
- erase it, where we no longer need it,
- and you can raise a grievance with us, or nominate someone to act for you.
