Why is there no price list?
Because the same product runs on our cloud or on your servers, for twenty users or two thousand. A list would be wrong for most buyers. A written quote after a half-hour walkthrough is not.
Can we start on the cloud and move on-premises later?
Yes. Both options run the same codebase, so you can move from one to the other later without changing how people work.
Can we try it with our own documents first?
Yes. Bring three real files and the approval route you use today to a walkthrough. For larger rollouts we agree a short pilot on your own documents before you commit.
Is migration or scanning included?
Migration from shared drives and scanning of paper archives depend on volume, so they are scoped on the walkthrough and quoted alongside the licence.
